Dubai, Aug. 26, 2026 – Oro, an artificial intelligence platform providing conversational execution for decentralized finance, has raised $3 million in a strategic funding round.
The investment round was co-led by MH Ventures and Mapleblock Capital, with participation from M2M Capital, Archer Capital, X21 Digital, Blockrise, Zerone Ventures, Beenco Labs, Pollin8 and Velion Ventures. The round brings the company’s total funding raised to $4 million.
The startup will deploy the fresh capital across four core operations: developing its proprietary Shield Engine and natural-language execution stack, expanding engineering and business development teams to support enterprise integrations, driving global user acquisition, and strengthening its regulatory compliance framework.
Oro operates an intent-based financial interface that translates natural-language prompts into automated, multi-step transaction routes across decentralized networks. The architecture maintains a non-custodial model, requiring direct user authorization for all onchain transactions while the underlying infrastructure handles routing across liquidity pools and protocols.
The platform has logged more than 400,000 users across Ethereum, Solana and ZIGChain, supporting more than 80 languages. User growth was accelerated by an Amazon Web Services-backed educational program that generated 250,000 verified completions, alongside an integration with Ondo Finance that registered 50,000 completions within 24 hours.

“The industry has shifted toward platforms with demonstrable utility, and our focus remains on pairing financial infrastructure with natural-language processing to drive practical adoption,” said Varun Choudhary, co-founder and chief executive officer of Oro.
Over the next 12 months, the company aims to scale its platform toward a target of 10 million active users. The roadmap includes the rollout of dedicated iOS and Android mobile applications, deeper integrations across decentralized protocols, and the expansion of its B2B intent-routing layer for institutional and consumer partners.
